Purchases
Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online transaction facility via PayPal. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction completion.
For your own security and peace of mind, we cannot take orders via phone.
Creations by Divine does not hold onto cardholder information.
By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
Amendments to orders can be made by contacting Creations by Divine via email or telephone. If an order has already been dispatched we will not be able to exchange the product.
Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
Orders can only be placed with sukinorganics.com by persons with capacity to contract who are over the age of 18.
Upon placement of your order, PayPal will send an order confirmation. This also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation from PayPal, please verify that you have completed the payment process.
Domestic orders have an estimated shipment time of 3-10 business days.
Please note that shipment time is not guaranteed by Creations by Divine. We are not responsible for any delays that do not result from our error. Creations by Divine is not responsible for an order once courier has marked it as “Delivered”.
